Once the Inspection is completed we will review the deficiencies report acquire multiple opinions and come to you with a recommended repair scope of work.
ESM, Inc. will work as your broker to solicit multiple bids for the inspection and repair services. You choose which company will do the work for you.ESM, Inc. will coordinate the repair schedule to meet your property demands.
ESM, Inc. will leave you with a system that is functioning to full capacity (based on our repair scope) and ready to provide the “Life Safety” it is designed to give.
